If you want to measure NMN down to the milligram, you should at best get yourself a precision scale. Various, relatively accurate models are already available from 10-15 euros on Amazon.

2. Measurement with the QSCOOP

The QSCOOP from MoleQlar holds a total of 1 ml - so depending on storage and density this means about 400 - 500 mg NMN powder. Note: There is no QSCOOP in the NMN pouch - if you need a QSCOOP, you are welcome to order the measuring spoon as well!

3. Dimension with standard teaspoon
