SECONDARY PLANT MATERIALS from MoleQlar
Nature is the best pharmacy.
Plants use certain substances to protect themselves from environmental influences such as pests or ultraviolet radiation. These bioactive molecules are known for their many health-promoting properties for us humans and are commonly referred to as secondary plant compounds.
Are there also primary plant substances? Yes, these include carbohydrates, proteins and fats - unlike secondary plant substances, they are directly involved in the metabolic activity or growth of plants. Secondary plant substances, on the other hand, perform the protective functions mentioned above. The "wilder" plants are grown, the higher the concentration of secondary plant compounds.
You are what you eat - or are you?
Plants signal their many healthy ingredients to us with their bright colors. The shimmering blue of blueberries, caused by anthocyanins, a subgroup of flavonoids, promises strong antioxidant effects. Other flavonoids are found in the crisp skin of apples, or in the richly colored varieties of bell peppers. Red grapes contain the ingredient resveratrol, and glucosinolates are found in broccoli.
All these substances can be summarized in the super-group "secondary plant substances". They are responsible for a large part of the health-promoting effect of fruits and vegetables.
Berbersome (Berber)
Berberine is among the most important longevity molecules due to its promising biological and pharmacological potential. It increases endogenous insulin sensitivity, reduces visceral adipose tissue, and provides more consistent blood glucose levels.
As previously published research data suggest, regulation of several fasting signaling pathways and longevity pathways, including AMPK, NF-κB, sirtuins is responsible for this.
Berbersome is a high-caliber molecular complex of berberine phospholipid and a mineral complex. Highly pure berberine is surrounded by a special phospholipid layer, which increases the bioavailability of the molecule incomparably. In the complex, berberine meets the essential minerals chromium and zinc.

Trans-Resveratrol
The molecule resveratrol is a polyphenol produced by grapes, blueberries and other plants as a natural defense against harsh environmental conditions and pathogens. With dozens of publications and clinical studies, resveratrol is considered one of the most studied molecules used as a dietary supplement to promote health. Both through its antioxidant action and by stimulating other protective mechanisms, resveratrol supports and strengthens our cellular system.
In addition to a protective effect for age-associated diseases, a direct and indirect antioxidant effect has also been described. Although the molecule has already been thoroughly researched, scientific investigations for further applications are still ongoing.

Spermidine
The molecule spermidine is an endogenous substance that is currently the focus of cell research. According to current knowledge, spermidine is present in all living organisms and all body cells. It belongs to the group of biogenic amines and is the hope of longevity research. Spermidine concentration decreases with age.
The action of spermidine is closely related to the process of autophagy (cellular waste removal). This process, which is promoted by fasting, is important because cellular metabolism constantly produces some by-products that are superfluous or damaged. Through autophagy, these can now either be disposed of or, even better, reused.

Sulforapro (Sulforaphane)
Sulforapro is an innovative molecular complex of the sulforaphane precursor glucoraphanin and its activator enzyme myrosinase. Why take a precursor? - Sulforaphane in its pure form is very unstable and does not reach our body.
The molecule sulforaphane is an important representative of the secondary plant compounds that have antioxidant and anti-inflammatory effects. Compared to some other phytotherapeutics, sulforaphane does not directly interfere with biochemical cellular processes. In the cells, it indirectly stimulates molecular reactions via transcription factors such as Nrf2, which have a geroprotective ("age-protective") effect.

Trust is good. Control is better.
Quality is the most important thing when it comes to supplements and molecules. Unfortunately, traceable test results and especially regular laboratory controls are still a rarity.
Our ultimate goal is to provide you with high-quality supplements that support your health and longevity. We work closely with the most trusted manufacturers who implement strict quality controls in their production processes.
