Returns
You don't want to keep the ordered product after all or you bought the wrong item or the wrong quantity? That can happen! You have a 30-day right of return. Within this time you can return the purchased items without giving reasons for a refund or exchange to the following address:

The return shipment is at your own expense and is not borne by MoleQlar.
Shipping terms & delivery time
The goods are delivered exclusively in Europe. If no other period is specified in the respective offer, the goods will be delivered within 1 - 5 working days in Germany (Germany, Austria), within 3 - 7 working days in Switzerland and within 3 - 10 working days for deliveries abroad (Europe) after conclusion of the contract (if advance payment has been agreed, after the time of your payment instruction).
Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in one shipment, unless we have made other arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.
