NAD, whose level in organisms decreases over the years, is involved in numerous cell processes. For years, NMN has been the subject of increasingly intensive scientific research worldwide.

NMN is best stored in a cool, dry place. Also keep out of direct sunlight and away from heat and keep out of the reach of children. The stability of Uthever was also tested in this article.
There are several options for storage:
Our recyclable and environmentally friendly stand-up pou ches offer adequate protection against high temperatures, sunlight and moisture. After opening the seal, care should be taken to ensure that the bag always remains sealed with a pressure seal. This ensures adequate and safe storage of NMN.
On the other hand, you can also use our QJAR. The practical opal glass jar is not only sustainable and environmentally friendly, but is also a useful alternative to classic bags. The jar holds a maximum of 100 ml, so depending on the density (which is between 0.15 - 0.25 g/ml for NMN), this means around 30 g of NMN powder.
The NMN molecule is mainly offered in powder form. Accordingly, the question of the correct measurement often arises. The following options are available to you:
- Measurement by laboratory or fine balance
If you want to measure NMN down to the milligram, you should at best get yourself a precision scale. Various, relatively accurate models are already available from 10-15 euros on Amazon.
- Measurement with the QSCOOP
The QSCOOP from MoleQlar holds a total of 1 ml - so depending on storage and density this means about 400 - 500 mg NMN powder. Small hint: There is no QSCOOP in the NMN pouch - If you need a QSCOOP, you are welcome to order the measuring spoon as well!
- Dimension with standard teaspoon
Approximately 3 to 5 ml fit into a classic smooth teaspoon. This corresponds to an amount of up to 1 gram of NMN.
Uthever® NMN is very stable and accordingly has a shelf life of approximately 2 years in a closed bag. In this article the stability of Uthever® has been tested. The production process of NMN is relatively complex, which is why the costs of NMN are currently still very high. To obtain pure NMN, a process is necessary that includes steps such as phosphorylation of the starting material nicotinamide riboside or clarification, concentration and grinding of the substrate.
The other components are nicotinamide riboside (NR) and nicotinamide (Nam). NR is the starting material for the production of NMN, while nicotinamide is the degradation product of it. Both substances are therefore harmless.
